✍️ The Design: The new Utah flag (or Beehive Flag as it is sometimes called) fits well within the ranks of the best US State Flags. All Utahns should be proud of the beehive flag and what it represents.
The red base represents the iconic red earth of southern Utah and its canyons. (In this version, obviously, it has been replaced by a LGBTQ+ six-stripe rainbow).
The white mountains represent the best snow on earth and the five peaks of the mountains represent the five indigenous tribes of Utah.
Above that is a blue sky which the final legislation says represents faith.
The hexagon in the center represents the people of Utah and their strength. Inside of it is the iconic beehive that you see around the state. It represents Industry, community and the year 1847. Below it is a five-pointed star which represents the year 1896 which is when Utah finally became a US State.

My involvement: In 2020, I redesigned Utah's flag as part of my Better State Flag series. I even released it at TEDxUSU to a standing ovation. My design was entered into the larger contest and was one of the 70+ designs that influenced the final design.
We ship our stickers in a protected home-compostable bubble mailer with cardboard inside so it doesn't get bent in transit!
If it's purchased with a flag, we stuff it inside of the flag for the same reason.
