Earth-conscious

At Flags For Good, we are trying to change the world while also limiting our effect on it's environment. Here are the steps we take to do our part in reducing plastic, CO2, and waste:

  • Right now all of our transport, from the manufacturer to your door is carbon neutral! As we grow and hopefully own our own facilities, we are committed to being as carbon-conscious as possible.
  • We are actively exploring sourcing for recycled polyester and specifically ocean plastic fabric. We ultimately hope to print all of our flags on recycled or ocean plastic polyester blend. If you have any leads in this area, please let us know!
  • We don't use any office supplies from ULINE. They are one of the largest donors to the political party that doesn't believe in climate change, basic human rights for certain groups, and they don't deserve our business. We prefer to source boxes, packaging, and office supplies from smaller businesses.
  • We are now using POLLAST!C™️ packaging for your online orders.

We’re sure you’re aware that our planet is drowning in plastic. Our packaging partners, Better Packaging Co., are doing something about it! They are rescuing plastic pollution from South East Asian coastal communities and recycling it into POLLAST!C ™️ instead. How cool is that?!
We’re really excited by the amount of impact we can make by this switch to POLLAST!C ™️ mailing satchels.

We’re 100% committed to a plastic free environment/future and know the best way to get there is to stop making more plastic and instead clean up the mess we’ve already made! That’s exactly what our new packaging does. POLLAST!C ™️ is made from abandoned plastic pollution collected from coastal communities throughout Southeast Asia with no waste management infrastructure.

If you’re curious to learn more, visit www.betterpackaging.com/pages/pollastic You can even find out where the plastic pollution that went into a particular bag was collected from!

The bags are also carbon neutral. Please recycle them with soft plastics.

We are always looking for ways to improve our processes and products to make them as low-impact as possible. If you have suggestions or questions, please contact us!
