I have your wonderful VOTE flag hanging horizontally from this flag pole. It was simple to set up. You just screw in the various rod pieces for the length you need, stick the rings on, tighten them up, and clip on your flag. Less than 10 minutes total into a solid wood trim.

Liked the first one so much, I had to buy another.

This pole was easy to assemble and install and is exactly what we needed. The base is metal and heavy and sturdy, and the pole seems sturdy as well.

I had a flag pole from FFG that was great. The spinning sections made it so the flags rarely got tangled, and when they did it was easy to fix. So when a storm broke it(should've taken it down)I ordered a new one. Totally disappointed by the design downgrade. The pole is just a standard one. No spinning sections. It's been up for 2 days, and already vie had to pull the pole down twice to get the flag untangled. Really disappointed, and hopefully they bring back to old design. If not I'm going to look elsewhere for any future flagpoles.

This kit comes with several lengths of pole that allows you to choose how far you'd like your flag to stick out, or allow for easy carrying. I only used three of the sections to mount a 2x3 flag on my front porch. The mounting bracket also allows for two flag positions, one straight out at a 90 degree angle and other angled up. I haven't had any issues in the few weeks since my purchase with the attached flag spinning or getting tangled. A bit pricey for a kit, but I feel like I got my moneys worth.

I loved the pole kit and progressive flag so much, I went back and ordered the CA bear pride flag.

The flag pole is easy to assemble, easy to install and it seems secure after using it for a week and a half or so. My only complaint is the collars that are supposed to allow the flag to rotate freely and thus not get wrapped around the pole, do not work as well as I would have hoped. I'm going to see if I can lightly grease them to help them, I just didn't think that would be necessary with plastic on plastic.
I would buy this again, even with my little complaint.

I purchased this one and a different, slightly less expensive one on Amazon to compare. This one is thicker metal and seemingly better quality so I hung it up with plans to return the other one. But I am disappointed in it so far. In the first week of having it up one of the sections somehow unscrewed itself in the wind causing the majority of the pole to fly off. I put it back up, made sure to tighten each piece as hard as I could, and then a couple days later it happened again in 15mph wind gusts. No foul play suspected as I have a camera in view of the flag. It seems the section joints aren’t robust enough against sideways force and will cause the sections to come apart. I still like the flag pole so I’ll try Jerry rigging something using a screw in each section to keep the thing together. Still wish it didn’t have this design flaw. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bought it given the trouble and risk of the flag flying off and hitting my neighbors house.

Proudly flying the new (blue!) Minnesota state flag!

It did not include the mounting screws or the screw that goes in the bracket to hold the pole in place. I was able to come up with three wood screws to mount it with, but have not yet been able to find one to fit the bottom. This means I haven't been able to display my new flag. :(
