Meet the Flags For Good Mascots
Every flag tells a story. So does every brand. Ours happens to have three characters carrying different parts of it, each one showing up in a specific place, representing a specific side of what Flags For Good is about.

Mindy the Mini
We like to say that Flags For Good is trying to make the largest impact with the smallest footprint. Mindy is the rolling embodiment of that.
A portmanteau of Mini and Indy (where we're based) she comes to all the events we do away from Flags For Good HQ in the heart of Speed City.
Mindy isn't just a mascot...she's a pretty good metaphor for how we operate: small and scrappy, big energy, always moving forward.

Grommet the Armadillo
His shell is already covered in patches and stickers (a pride flag, the Indianapolis flag, a checkered flag, and our logo to be exact). He's basically a walking merch rack...
Grommet is our mascot for everything small and collectible: patches, pins, stickers, and the rest of the non-flag lineup. The armadillo felt right for the job. Tough on the outside, softer than you'd expect on the inside.

Captain Burgee
A burgee is a pennant flown by a vessel to signal its allegiance; who it sails with, what it stands for, where it belongs. So Captain Burgee didn't get his name by accident.
Pirates have always been counter-cultural. They weren't afraid of a fight against authority, they made their own rules, and they flew their own flag...literally.
He shows up when we're talking about the part of Flags For Good that matter most. Pride flags, activism flags, the ethos that started this whole company...our impact.
The Captain represents our "For Good" and will go to any length to keep the ship going in the right direction.

We have a 13 year old mini who we adore, and who boasts many of your stickers. Kicking aside gender stereotypes, our mini is a guy – Alfie! We love that you love mini coopers, too! Alfie is a Clubman, Black & Bronze.

Flag myths almost every American believes
Something I've noticed after years of talking about flags for a living is the more patriotic someone is about the United States flag, the more likely they are to be wrong about how to treat it...
