Colorado Springs Flag
🏴 3' x 5' Colorado Springs, CO flag with grommets and double-stitched edges to reduce fraying.
✍️ The Design: Proposed in 1912 by Caroline Spencer of the Civic League, the flag of Colorado Springs is a timeless design that ranked as the 19th best in the entire country by NAVA.
Every element speaks to the city's pride. The clean white field represents the health and cleanliness of the city, while the blue border on three sides celebrates its famous blue skies. The central shield or diamond contains all the local character. The green band represents the extensive park system surrounding the city. Inside, the sun shines over a depiction of Pikes Peak, which features gold ingots as a nod to the area's rich mining history.
