✍️ The Design: The blue and gold of the Ukrainian flag captures the very soul of the land. Known as the Syo-Zhovtyi, its design is a poetic reflection of the Ukrainian landscape and the enduring spirit of its people.
The flag is composed of two equal horizontal bands. The top blue band symbolizes the wide, clear skies of the region, representing peace, freedom, and the spiritual aspirations of the nation. Below it, the golden yellow band represents the vast, rolling wheat fields that have earned Ukraine the title of the "Breadbasket of Europe." This combination of sky over grain has been a symbol of the Ukrainian people for centuries, dating back to the medieval Kingdom of Galicia–Volhynia.
Adopted during the independence movements of 1917 and proudly restored after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, this flag has become a global symbol of resilience and the unyielding fight for sovereignty. It is a powerful tribute to the beauty of the land and the courage of those who call it home.

Yes! Our single-layer flags have full rich color on both sides of the fabric.

This flag is single-layer, meaning it is printed on the front. On the reverse side, the text will appear mirrored. If you want it oriented correctly on both sides, look for our flags that have a "double-layer" option.

It really depends on the environment it is flying in. Direct UV exposure, wind, rain, latitude, and especially hitting things like the brick on a house will shorten your flag's life. Also, dark colors fade first and the fastest. See our care page to make your flag last the longest!

We are a small team with limited shelf space. If a design is popular, we start expanding the sizes we offer of that flag. Let us know if you really want to see more of this design!

We ship most things that don't include poles in discreet black eco-mailers. They're made from recovered ocean-bound plastic, so even our packaging does good!
Anything shipped with a flag pole, garden pole, or large numbers of flags comes in a standard cardboard box.

You choose! We offer standard USPS and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, while expedited options are available for faster delivery if you choose to upgrade. We try to get orders in the mail as soon as we can. This could be as fast as the next day or take us a few days during busy times.

The North Charleston Community Interfaith Shelter is flying the Flags For Good Ukrainian and Earth flags, along with the Stars and Stripes, at half mast, in recognition of all the death and destruction we ought mourn. If we had a tall flag pole and massive vegan flag we could fly it high: the philosophy of including all sentient beings in our sphere of concern is the only solution to the intractable problems of the world.
I’m flying my Ukrainian flag to raise awareness in my neighborhood for the war. The flag has a nice quality and weight compared to cheaper nylon flags. What a bonus that a percentage of my purchase goes to support the critical work of World Central Kitchen in helping to feed refugees.

The Ukrainian flag was well made and arrived quickly!
Stitching was a bit sloppy, and I was surprised to see yellow stitching on the blue side, but still a better quality than most. Fabric is heavyweight and seems durable. My third flag from FFG so I did expect it to be as perfect as my previously ordered flags.

Don't know if it's changed the world around me, but this is Ukrainian flag #3. It'll be up as long as the invasion goes on. So dreadfully sad.

I was really happy to grab one of the Ukraine flags - they have been sold out for quite a while. This one is only 1-ply instead of the double thick like many other flags from FFG that I own. But, the colors are bright and it looks like it will withstand the weather and wind just fine. All of my flags from this company are beautiful and high quality. I highly recommend it.
This flag is made of thinner material than the one it replaces, so isn’t quite as bright. So I am a little disappointed. The flag it replace did come from a different company, although I have lost track of which one
The colors are good and the construction seems solid enough, but the main flag fabric is basically translucent. Works okay as a flag, but kind of underwhelming.
It hangs from the lintel of our front porch. There are others around town, one just on the next block, so we are in good company.
