Utah Beehive Flag | 2023 Redesign
š“Ā Ā New 2023 Utah state flagĀ (beehive flag)Ā with grommets and double-stitched edges to reduce fraying.
āļøĀ TheĀ Design:Ā The new Utah flag (or Beehive Flag as it is sometimes called) fitsĀ well within the ranks of the best US State Flags. All Utahns should be proud of the beehive flag and what it represents.
The red base represents the iconic red earth of southern Utah and its canyons.
The white mountains represent the best snow on earth and the five peaks of the mountains represent the five indigenous tribes of Utah.Ā
Above that is a blue sky which the final legislation says represents faith.
The hexagon in the center represents the people of Utah and their strength. Inside of it is the iconic beehive that you see around the state. It represents Industry, community and the year 1847. Below it is a five-pointed star which represents the year 1896 which is when Utah finally became a US State.Ā

Frequently Asked Questions
š Which size is right for me?
See the Size Guide video below to see us explain every size we offer.
šØ Single-Sided or Double-Sided?
Single-sided flags are one piece of our durable polyester fabric with full color on both sides. Note: If the design has text, it will be mirrored on the back. These are light-weight and catch a breeze easily. It's the flag you are probably picturing in your head.
Double-sided flags are three layers of fabric that allow zero light through, but any text on the design will read correctly on both sides. They are therefore heavier, and work great as display flags. You can definitely use them outdoors, but note that it takes more wind to get going due to their added weight. During storms, we suggest taking them in as they get even heavier and are more likely to be damaged.
