I received my flag today in a cute, quaint compostable bag in the mail today (which sustainable me LOVES), after a scare from the post office that it was already delivered yesterday when it hadn't. I promptly emailed the shop asking what do I do? I got a super fast response (maybe an hour?) To confirm my shipping address and a replacement would be sent out. I decided to wait to request a replacement and am glad because it came, but I am SO thrilled with the customer service and the quality/look of my flag on my porch. I cant wait to order more!

The flag itself was beautiful but unfortunately had a small defect that I didn't notice before putting out causing it to fray. I contacted them and Michael replied just hours later and apologized and shipped out a replacement same day. I am more than happy and looking to get MORE flags now!

I received my flag promptly. It is great quality, good size, and affordable. I love how some of the proceeds go to an organization correlating with each flag.

This flag looks and feels amazing. My only issue with it is that, compared to another one of my flags of roughly the same thickness, this one lets in a ton of light. I'm not sure why that is, I believe they're both nylon but I could be wrong. It's not much of a problem at all, though, it's a beautiful flag!
