Massachusetts Flag
š“Ā Ā 3' x 4.5' redesigned Massachusetts flagĀ with grommets and double stitched edges to reduce fraying.
Most state flags suck. So we are doing something about it.
āļøĀ TheĀ Design:Ā For the Better State Flag of Massachusetts, I began with the historic flag of New England in all of its bad-ass-ness. The pine tree on white is pulled from that and a white base is a nod to the current flag of Mass. Then I added a blue fly edge to represent the bay and 6 white stars in the fly stripe to represent the 6th state to join the union.
š§µĀ Our flags are durableĀ 200D polyester (most flags you'll find on the internet are cheap ~75D). In our testing, we selected 200D as the perfect flag material; anything heavier doesn't fly well and the "back" doesn't get enough ink, anything lighter feels cheap and wont last very long.
š³ļøĀ Ā Each flag is folded by hand on our dining room table and ready to be used on a flag pole, boat, hung on a wall, orĀ to proudly march with.
āĀ "What about the back side?"Ā We print all of our flags as one-sided printsĀ andĀ make sure that the back has ample bleed-through. That way the design is beautiful and visible on both sides. If you want a double sided flag,Ā contact us!
šĀ Created and shipped in the mostĀ Earth-consciousĀ way we can.
š¤ The Flags For Good Promise:Ā With all of our "Better State Flags" we are donating 10% of each flag to the First Nations Development InstituteĀ whoĀ improves economic conditions forĀ Indigenous peoples through direct financial grants, technical assistance & training, and advocacy & policy.
