Philadelphia Pride Flag
🏴 3' x 5' Philadelphia Pride Flag with grommets and double stitched edges to reduce fraying.
✍️ The Design: Adding a black and brown stripe to the traditional six stripe pride flag, the inclusive “More Color, More Pride” flag was created by the Philadelphia Office of LGBT Affairs and introduced at a City Hall ceremony in June 2017.
Our flags are durable 200D polyester (most flags you'll find on the internet are cheap ~75D). In our testing, we selected 200D as the perfect flag material; anything heavier doesn't fly well and the "back" doesn't get enough ink, anything lighter feels cheap and wont last very long.
We print this flag as a one-sided print and make sure that the back has ample (around 90%) bleed-through.
Each flag is folded by hand on our dining room table and ready to be used on a flag pole, boat, hung on a wall, or to proudly march with.
Bought it for Pride with a few friends, it's 1) very nicely done, we absolutely loved it (wearing it as a cape is a must if you're marching) and 2) we were happy paying more knowing it all goes to people and groups we can trust.
Obviously no.2 is why we came here in the first place but the flag is actually very good. Don't hesitate!
I'm disappointed in the quality of the flag. The fabric is really thin and see through. And because the colours are only printed on one side, the flag looks very pale hanging outside. I wanted bright bold colours. I should have looked at other customers' photos before I purchased.
