āļøĀ TheĀ Design:Ā For the Better State Flag of Wisconsin, I began with the state motto of "Forward". A white and goldĀ progress arrow is pointing toward the fly edge. The colors derive from the already beautiful People's Flag of Milwaukee. In this context though, the white and yellow represent dairy and snow on a dark blue field. The white star is Wisconsin's star on the US Flag.
